Steve from T & S Lux Electrical arrived punctual, in-fact 10 mins earlier than the specified time, very impressed. He was extremely polite. He explained everything including times scale, which was completed spot on.

The two lads from Lux arrived bang on time and did a great job. Their work was tidy throughout and there was no mess at all on the conclusion of the works. Their lads were polite throughout and I had a full explanation of the use of the thermostat before they departed. Very pleased and would recommend Lux to my friends.

I agreed to extend the scope of the job to supply the dedicated electrical circuit and install air-con.   His estimate was based on a detailed scope of work and presented in a professional manner.    Jon carried out a professional installation, conducted his business in a professional manner, was considerate of our home and completed the install on time as per his detailed quote.   The install looks great and we are extremely pleased with what their work.  As such I would without hesitation, recommend Lux Electrical Ltd to anyone considering this type of work. 

I honestly can’t recommend T&S Lux enough! Jon’s team is always super friendly and respectful. They’ve tackled multiple jobs for us over the years, from installing a kiln, adding power to outbuilding, kitchen lighting, spotlight installations and moving sockets around the house. Every single time, they’ve been on budget, on brief, and on time. Plus, their communication is top-notch, so we always know what’s happening. Everything was great from the initial call to the completion of work. Kristen was superb in the admin, booking and billing department. Very punctual and kept me informed along the way, clean, tidy and professional work that provides me as a customer with confidence.
