He was consistently punctual and even came by on a Saturday to finish the final touches so we could use the bathroom over the weekend. We had a cracked stone shower tray in a fully tiled bathroom that needed to be replaced. The glass shower enclosure was past it's best so we had that replaced at the same time. Not only was Terry able to supply the parts at a very fair price; he came and fitted them when he said he would and on top of that he was able to do it without breaking any of the existing surrounding tiles! We're very impressed with Terry's workmanship and timing and have already made plans for him to come back to do some other jobs in the bathroom. 10 out 10 - cheers Terry!
