Very responsive to initial request, able to go round to look at problem quickly. Was fixed on the day and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We used Terry for a Bathroom refit 2 years ago, and then again yesterday for a new element in a emersion boiler. He really is a lovely bloke and his work is outstanding. The bathroom refit was carried out with total respect (only bathroom in 2 bed flat) amd I felt comfortable with him being in my home. Very reliable and felt comfortable with him alone in my home whilst i was at work. Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Terry for work. After his outstanding work on our upstairs bathroom we decided to have our downstairs bathroom taken completely out and replaced. This gentleman is so trustworthy, and his work in second to none, you will not get a most honest , helpful and reliable bathroom fitter. Prices are honest, no hidden extras to pay, since having our second bathroom done we have used him to put in a new dishwasher , please get a quote off this company before trying any where else, you will not be disappointed I guarantee.

Terry did a great job for us. He took out the old bathroom and fitted a new one. He also did extra work that wasn't quoted for at a reasonable price. We are pleased with the final result. Now we have a lovely bathroom that looks great and works well.

We had an open space under our stairs with gas/electric meters. We wanted a downstairs toilet. Terry embraced the job confidently, and - being the third job Terry has done for us - we knew he would be the best person for the job. He installed a Saniflo toilet and a small sink, running pipes from upstairs through floors/walls and running pipes through to outside into soil pipe. He left the space clean and tidy and was great at communicating progress consistently. He is also very responsive and works hard to get any follow up tasks completed. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Terry from the moment of the quote. He stayed for a while answering any questions we had and his help continued via email afterwards. Consistent with first impressions he was excellent throughout the entire fitting and clearly explained timings and costs as well as being just a very friendly and approachable person. Very tidy throughout and we are very happy with the quality.
