    Damaged whole bathroom and sent threatening and intimidating messages- avoid at all costs

    Terry came to chip off our old bathroom tiles and replace our bathroom suite. However, when he chipped off the tiles the whole wall came off with it- he did not warn me or ask if I wanted him to continue. I had to find an emergency plasterer to repair (plus other damage he had caused) and then another company to install bathroom as he was proposing to leave us without bath, shower or toilet for a week. I therefore didn't pay the whole bill because he only did 1/2 days’ work (not 3 days) so he sent me a barrage of messages threatening to take court action without giving me chance to respond within the space of a day, or dispute the invoice after the damage he had caused before suing me for the remainder of the invoice. Avoid.

    Excellent service, Terry and Chris showed up in the time frame I had given them, Terry quoted me a price to fix a faulty tap to which I agreed. Upon repairs they found the 2nd tap to be faulty which they fixed also at no extra charge. Thank you Guys.

    Removing a radiator in a first floor bedroom

    I had used Mr Morgan previously and had always been satisfied with his work. On this occasion he removed a radiator but did not cap off the pipe. This led to significant flooding in the kitchen below when water later poured out. It caused almost £1000 worth of damage. When I addressed this with him he denied emphatically the flood was his fault. He initially offered to pay £500 to repair the damage which I found odd considering he denied the flooding was his fault. The offer was subsequently retracted. I cannot recommend this member as being someone whose work I would trust.

    New ball in the toilet

    Terry fitted a new ball valve in my toilet due to a leak coming from the ground floor overflow pipe. This has now resulted in the waste not fully flushing despite Mr Hindmarsh having had 4 attempts to try and rectify the problem. I am now forced to employ another plumber to put the job right.
