Tom was highly recommended to us by our friends. We are truly delighted and extremely pleased with Tom. From the very start till the very end of our whole project, the experience was completely stress free. Our new kitchen is fitted beautifully and Tom was great throughout. We had no plans to do our bathroom but after seeing how well Tom and his team work, we asked Tom to totally refurbish our bathroom also. In addition, we also decided to silicon render the exterior of our house. We have recommended Tom to all our dear friends & family and will always call Tom for any future building works.

From start to finish experience with Tamaz & his team has been commendable. Tamaz is very knowledgeable, professional, has great attitude. He refurbished the whole house including loft conversion & a new kitchen. Every step he consulted us & always gave us great ideas & had solutions for every issues. His team were really hard working. Tamaz and his team carried out a full bathroom renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our drainage system had broken down leaving us without a working bathroom and kitchen before Xmas, but Tamaz offered solutions and promised to have the work completed before the holidays, which he delivered on. The bathroom itself was completed to an extremely high standard and he was friendly and helpful throughout, consulting us through the whole process by helping us choose correct fittings etc. I would highly recommend TA Loftex, he’s now the only person I’d call for future work.

Tamaz and his team were a pleasure to work with from the moment he quoted for the works through construction to completion of works. Top quality workmanship and very knowledgeable, always had solutions and very easy to work with. Good communicator, genuine and trustworthy. Works included replastering of three bedroom house, removal of lath and plaster walls and building new partitions, install of new bathroom with new waste plus hot/cold water supply. Removal of old radiators and install of new. Fitting new skirtings and painting whole house. Reliable builder, highly recommend.
