With Natalie organising and Dean designing, they did a great job getting or extension plans drawn and approved by Waverly Borough Council. They were helpful at each stage of the project and were able to help us manage our compressed time line.

This is the fourth time I have used Tailored Plans Ltd, and have had another great experience. Along with planning, design and technical drawings for a house refurbishment, they also liaised with building control, which was really helpful. A big thank you to Natalie and Dean for all their hard work on my behalf.

I have been working with Tailored Plans over the last year or so on all the planning applications and drawings for our garage rebuild. This turned out to be an absolute mine field and we absolutely couldn't have got through it without all their help and advice. Even though we didn't end of going ahead for various reasons with the build, we got to the best place possible. Most recently, they helped us with planning permission for house rendering and that again was more complex than we thought so there guidance was invaluable. I would highly recommend them!

Natalie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As a first time buyer, this was our first planning permission submission. As a result, they always helped us with additional information, along with recommendations for any tweaks along the way.
