Luca turned up when he said he would, and got straight on with the job. He used a brush and low-pressure water to ensure a safe and effective clean of the solar panels, and he left them bright and gleaming. I arranged, on behalf of five houses in our Avenue, for Luca and his partner, to do a variety of work, including gutter cleaning, fixing a gutter and cleaning rooves. Any communication with Luca was answered in a reasonable time period,. He turned up for work when arranged, was polite, professional to householders at all times.
