Paul did a reasonable job on my bathroom. Some cosmetic changes could have been better for example the finishing touches of the paint/grout jobs, and the unnecessary gap between the double basin and wall. Nonetheless I did ask Paul to provide me with a quote to do my shower room, and despite several chasers since Nov 2020, I have not heard from him which makes me very concerned as to why he does not want to come back.... He did make it clear that he doesn't do any after care maintenance so there is no guarantee of the works. Something to be aware of.

Water from shower thru ceiling below fixed, bracket on wall holding pipe loose, fixed but loose again, smell coming from drain hole in shower tray Paul put hose down ran water thru, still smelling, said should be okay. Have been advised by 3rd party ‘No trap’. Couple of floor tiles needed replacing not stuck properly floor uneven joints felt underfoot, said only about a ml out. Biggest problem illuminated bathroom cabinet not advised unsuitable. Changed 3 times with supplier, reading insts should be .06m from shower not 6ins house rewired to accommodate this. Not happy!

Refurbishment of bathroom en-suite toilet

I would highly recommend tailored bathrooms to any one. Paul had lots of good ideas and advice and transformed all the bathrooms to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome and I am glad that we picked tailored bathrooms

We are so pleased with the work carried out by Paul, he has transformed our en suite. He has been so helpful with advice and explaining everything throughout. He is reliable, punctual and tidy. We are delighted and are looking forward to having our main bathroom done next. We will definitely be recommending Paul.
