  Brickwork and plastering of kitchen.

  Tadas is polite and friendly. He was on site for 4 days and did a great job. At the end of each day he tidied and left the work area clean & tidy. I would not hesitate to use him again.

  Flat roof replacement

  Tad's work to replace my flat roof was exemplary. Before and after pictures, a good run through of options including costs, and solid indication of the time to completion. He always showed up, even in poor weather, and you would not know he had been when he finished, other than a protective tarp and skip, because he is neat as a pin. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, including additional work he did to sort some other roof issues while he was there (always photos first and options). Excellent value for a high quality no-corners-cut job, his work is outstanding on all counts.

  Replacement of old style wc to modern enclosed cistern.

  The work was carried out on time and as per the quote. Very experienced, trustworthy and conscientious. Very neat job and all mess was disposed of. I shall be using tads builders again for my next project.

  Preparation of utility room, including new doorway

  We contracted Tadas to help us prepare a new utility room, including knocking through to create a new doorway, bricking up another doorway to the garage, and the removal of an internal wall and existing WC. He did a superb job over the course of two weeks and was incredibly tidy, ensuring that all areas were as clear and clean as possible at the end of every day. He was exact in his measurements so everything fits perfectly and his plastering is the smoothest I've ever felt! We would recommend him to anyone and plan to get him to renovate our en-suite bathroom, too.

  Brilliant kitchen renovation and amazing new pantry

  We looked into replacing our kitchen but we are delighted that we asked Tad to renovate our existing kitchen. He restored and painted our bottom units and built new upper cupboards. He fitted appliances, replaced the floor and painted. The overall quality and appearance are outstanding, at a fraction of the cost. Tad then built us a beautiful and functional pantry. His eye for detail is like nothing I've ever seen and he constantly thinks about what will work best. He's unquestionably the best contractor we've ever had, and I would thoroughly recommend him. And cleans up carefully every night!
