  Fixed problem left by Ideal engineers

  We used a ‘fix and warranty’ package offered by Ideal boilers. They arrived with our boiler working but making a noise on start up and left 8 hours later with boiler NOT working. Two further visits by different Ideal engineers failed to fix a problem which left us without heating for 11 days. We gave Phil from Tadley Heating Services a call explaining the situation. He was able to visit quickly ‘between jobs’ to assess what needed doing. Not only did he asses the problem, he fixed it in about 30 minutes. A trusted and highly competent heating engineer who knows boilers and heating systems!

  Install new boiler and new water cylinder

  Phil was very prompt to come out and give a quote. The quote was detailed with clear breakdown of work and parts. He was very helpful to answer any questions that we had. Work included removal of old boiler, relocate new boiler and install new cylinder tank. Phil was also the person who did the install. He always turned up on time, did a very neat job and left everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the overall quality of service, prompt response and the initially agreed price. We would definitely use Tadley Heating Services again and would recommend him to friends and family.

  Gas boiler replacement

  Phil has done an excellent job in replacing my gas boiler. The failed system in my house was quite challenging, but at all times he has kept me informed of what has needed to be done and has carried out the work extremely well. His work is of a very high standard and I can highly recommend him.

  Boiler Replacement

  Carried out full replacement of gas boiler system, water tank, valves, pump etc. Phil is very professional, friendly and keeps you updated with what is happening. The job was done quicker than expected, everything works perfectly and the house was left clean and tidy on completion. I would highly recommend the company.
