  Disappointment

  The assessment was completed, and the issue was identified but not resolved. Though I was assured that the repair does not require any 'rewiring' or extensive work, the quote provided was excessively high, so I declined it. In summary, I’m £114 out of pocket and have lost half a day of my annual leave, with no positive outcome.

  Sorry you feel disappointed. On inspection I found unsafe wiring where unqualified work had been done. I carried out full safety checks and provided a quote to make the circuit safe. The fee covered this assessment. Safety and clear advice are my priory!

  Excellent Work Highly Recommend Tack Electricals

  Second time of using Tack Electricals - first time was for a new fuse box, this time it was to replace an electrical switch on the boiler. Would highly recommend, on time, good workmanship and extremely conscientious to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

  Great customer service

  Installation of a couple of floodlights. Karl was extremely helpful and efficient. His communication was good and the work was carried out to a good standard. One of the floodlights needed adjusting and Karl returned a few days later to adjust the settings. Rare these days to see tradesmen return once they've been paid, so credit to Karl. Would highly recommend using this Company.

  Tack Electrical recently repaired a hallway ceiling light for us. From initial contact through to quoting a price and completing the work, they were very responsive and communicated clearly and answered all my questions fully. We are very happy with the quality of the work completed and have asked Tack Electrical to quote for some other jobs. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
