Tyrone was professional and helpful throughout. On request, he quoted for different options and gave professional recommendations. He communicated clearly as he progressed on the job and put in the time required to get the job done in good time and to a high quality standard. We had an unvented cylinder installed and the "first fix" stage of plumbing in a shower and kitchen. All the pipework was clean and tidy.

We had a very annoying issue with our kitchen tap that had come loose from underneath. Tyrone called on the mobile and was a brilliant communicator throughout. He was able to fit us in the next day and did a fantastic job of fixing and improving our situation, we will definitely be using his services again.

Tyrone came to fit a radiator a morning's work on Saturday which I was very happy with. He ended up doing three more days work with jobs I needed and wanted doing. He did everything I wanted explaining everything as he went along. Very nice guy no matter how much extra work I asked him to do. Very polite guy and I would definitely recommend him.

We called Tyrone to look at a failed shower and he diagnosed very quickly that it was the unit itself, we ordered a new unit under warranty and he saved us a small fortune, we have used Tyrone twice more since and his work as well as his attitude is always excellent.

Tyrone went above and beyond when replacing an outside tap. He replaced the existing fitting and brought the pipework upto a modern standard with a non return valve and stop valve.

Tyrone, was very informative, describing everything he was doing, he was reliable and worked very hard, calling in other skilled workers to do the tiling and flooring. He was very thorough and left the place spotless at the end of each working day. The cost was as per his initial quote and i would recommend him to anyone else.
