Stefan was absolutely brilliant when my key got stuck in my front door and I couldn’t secure it. He was on site within 30 minutes of my call and had the situation resolved in 20 minutes. Stefan was very professional, polite and punctual. I had repairs to hinges and door handles. He noticed the front door also had a lose handle and proactively added his to his job.
