  Accessing an old garage

  We recently needed help gaining access to an old, unused garage that had been blocked in by a home extension—an awkward and frustrating situation to say the least. From the moment Stefan arrived, he brought exactly the attitude we needed: calm, professional, and full of good humour. He was polite, well-mannered, and his can-do approach immediately put us at ease. He went above and beyond to find a solution for a very tricky job.   Door handle and hinge fitting

  Stefan was very professional, polite and punctual. I had repairs to hinges and door handles. He noticed the front door also had a lose handle and proactively added his to his job. The whole job was carried out thoroughly and to an excellent standard with a warranty. I would use Locksmith again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  Replacing lock on an outdoor building.

  Although there was a little confusion over the time when Lawrence arrived, once here he got on quickly with the job, took care and replaced the lock with a good quality replacement. Very satisfied.

  Stefan is brilliant. He changed the locks at very short notice and did an immaculate job. He also provided me with 5 keys and charged no VAT! Super efficient! Thank you Stefan!
