The electrician was polite and immediately understood the issue. The job was undertaken quickly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied that the issue with my tumble dryer has been fixed. I’m very satisfied with the end result.

Came to the property quick, repair man was polite and friendly. Price is high though.

Paid £90 for a hours diagnostic and then had to chase them for an answer for 12 days, to find out where they were with a fix. No phone number and the answer service is always full. In the end I went to another repair agent but in my view the hourly rate isn't worth it as a new machine is only £250. Never again, I'll stick to the big boys.

I booked a visit as my dishwasher was not working properly and was told an engineer would be with me by 12.00 that day. When Ali arrived he went straight to work on the machine, and got it working within a few minutes. He then left after being happy with his work, but after I had loaded the machine with the dirty units, I then could not get the washer to start, so I rang and he returned within about 15 minutes, and showed me how to start it, and it has been working ever since. I would certainly recommend Ali again to anyone.
