  Fantastic service, punctual, efficient and highly recommend

  Very happy with service provided by Renato recently (March 2026). He arrived at the time given for the appointment (actually ahead of time so he was there exactly when it was stated) and took the exact amount of time estimated. Impressive! Gate was serviced efficiently and recommendations made for improvements. He helped to obtain a missing key to allow manual operation and also installed a keypad to allow another means to open the gate as well as the fobs. I found Renato via Check-a-trade and always a bit of a worry to try someone you do not know, but I can 100% recommend and will use again.

  Brilliant Expertise and Customer Service

  I had an issue with autogate that was not working properly.After sending my request to Systima via the Checkatrade portal , I received a swift response from Renato. I provided Renato with the problem I had and he arranged for the site visit to investigate the issue. As I was not available, Renato liaised with the onsite contact and at the same time kept me updated throughout. Renato managed to resolve the issue and advised on how to manage should the issue reoccurs. All through out the process , Renato has kept me fully updated and at no point I had to follow up with him. Five Star Service!!!

  Quick and efficient service!

  Great service from Renato and the Systima team. He was able to come by late on a Friday to quickly diagnose the issue, and then came back late the following Friday with the required part to fix things. Other companies either didn't reply at all, or insisted on replacing the entire gate automation system.
