  Ali assisted me with a number of tasks, he serviced the boiler and gas fire, but there was a faulty valve on the boiler that Ali replaced me for. Communication was good, and all tasks were completed efficiently, the valve on the boiler caused a bit of an issue but given the cold weather, Ali ensured this was dealt with. The experience of working with Ali was positive and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future.

  Excellent service from start to finish. After posting my job on Checkatrade, I received a prompt response and clear communication throughout. I explained that I required the work to be completed the same day, and the engineer followed up within 20 minutes as promised with a confirmed appointment time.
