  Emergency flat roof repair

  From start to finish when making an emergency repair to the flat roof of our bay window which had come down due to the recent extreme weather,Tony & Clayton were fantastic and went above and beyond in every respect: speed of intervention, communication, advice, expertise - all top notch. Acted really quickly and put me at ease every step of the way which was especially important given how urgent the repair was… even came out initially when it was already dark to brush water off the roof to prevent any further water ingress until they came back the following day to carry out the full repair!

  Application of new flat roof

  Tony and colleagues were very polite and informative with regard to my flat roof replacement and explained what was involved with the work. They did small repairs on my main roof while here. Carrying out the work quickly and left the area clean and tidy. They were so cheerful and friendly.

  Facia boards replacement.

  The team replaced out facia boards and put end caps on. They were so tidy and removed all our waste. Would definitely have them again. A really friendly team.

  Roof felting and re-slating

  First class team and a job to match. From start to finish the dialogue with the team from Synergy was top tier. Survey was clear as to what needed doing, how it would be done, materials being used and why those were chosen and clear time frames on what to expect, when and what may cause that to change, basically if it's lashing it down then it may add a day. Even in the less than ideal weather over the English Autumn these guys were on it every morning, on time, cheerful, friendly and getting it done. The character limit on this review keeps it short but if you need roof work- call Synergy!

  Would definitely recommend. Provided fair quote quickly, came when they said they would, weather permitting, kept us informed, and did a great job of the repair. Very satisfied.
