We recently had to rebuild our garage walls as it had been used as a retaining wall for a portion of the back garden. Phil, Ray and all the lads were great to work with and set out a clear goals that they wanted to achieve. They set a clear deadline and met it, even when we did discover that additional work was needed on an adjoining wall. At each stage, they gave us options on how we could proceed with additional fixes and the impact on the outcome. After completing the work they made sure that the area was clean and removed all waste materials. We would definitely recommend them!!!

Sylo Construction have been our go to builders for the past 6 years having previously completed various jobs including a kitchen extension. This time we wanted to replace our old asbestos garage and build a side and rear extension so we had no hesitation in contacting Ray for the job. As always from day one we were kept informed of what work would be carried out and the team including Phil and Aaron especially were so helpful and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them which puts you at ease and stress free. They also replaced our driveway with block paving which is fantastic.

Sylo was my choice of a good selection from Checkatrade. Ray and his team were always professional and I must say I couldn’t say a bad thing about there works. They were respectful to us and our neighbours while carrying out the works. I would recommend them very highly

Having never embarked on anything like this before, I was quite anxious about choosing a builder for an extension to my house but I needn't have worried. Ray and his team are professional, very experienced, polite, tidy and friendly. From the start, I could tell that they knew what they were doing and I had every confidence in them. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed throughout and the work has been finished to a high standard. I love my new bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending Sylo.

I’ve dealt with so many dodgy, incompetent tradesman over the years, it was fantastic to find an honest and capable builder in Sylo. We had a balcony that needed all the joists and soffit replaced. Ray gave us a very fair quote and his team did an excellent job to make it better than it was before. Great communication, went above and beyond. Would definitely use again.
