The investigation process was explained very clearly and the work executed to a high standard.

This was the only one of two companies who didn’t charge for a survey to ascertain the damage and offer to deduct it from the final bill. I was offered a reasonable quote and they arrived on specified day to undertake the work. This was completed quickly, efficiently and without leaving any mess. I would certainly use this company again.

I seldom write reviews, but the work carried out by Syla damp proofing was excellent, From the original free quote to the work carried out expertly and with a helpful and friendly attitude . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to fix rising damp issues.

Cannot rate Hysen from Syla Damproofing highly enough. If you need any damproofing work, you will not be disappointed with Hysen. Courteous, reliable, communicative and an excellent job done at a very reasonable cost. Could not be happier with the job that he has done which was to carry out a DPC on a ground floor flat which had some rising damp.

Syla was very quick to visit the site, provide quote, and get the work started. the work quality was good. there was a slight miscommunication regarding warranty as I thought it is included but later syla clarified it is not. Overall, satisfied with the service
