Used check a trade to locate a local builder to manage a complete bedroom and en-suite refurb. Could not be happier with who we chose, and the job they have delivered. From the initial visit to discuss the job through to the decorating at the end, we were extremely impressed. Andy and Matt from SPS produced a very detailed quote, breaking down each activity, ensuring clarity with no surprises at the end of the job. Kept to agreed timings, budget (very competitive), and were flexible to assist with other requests that cropped up during the build. Professional and trustworthy guys 👍👌

Andy and Matt fitted a new bathroom layout to an excellent standard in under two weeks. They were very hard working, polite, and left everything spotless after each day. Communication was prompt and efficient at every stage. They are experts in all aspects of plumbing, electrical and tiling so only need to out source the plastering. This made their quote competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The finish of every aspect in the bathroom was perfect and I couldn’t fault anything. Andy and Matt were professional, helpful and very communicative. They respond promptly to queries and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. I couldn’t be happier with our new en suite. They have done a truly excellent job and we will definitely use them again for any future projects. Please note that in the photos, the en suite is slightly unfinished due to delays our end e.g. painting the walls ourselves and sourcing a mirror etc.

Andy was great from start to finish. He was organised, flexible and easy to liaise with. He was also happy to make some last minute adjustments to the plan which we were grateful for. Highly recommend!
