Simon was quick to respond to the job post and was able to visit and inspect the same day it was posted even though this was in the holiday period between Christmas and new year. He identified the cause was a perished condenser tube and ordered and returned to fit it a few days later. His communications were good, he was on time for the arranged appointments and his work was clean and tidy, leaving no mess.
