  Job went as expected….AMAZING. The team at SW Joinery & Building created the cleanest and most secure fence. They were on time (early actually), punctual and polite, could have a laugh and got the work done so well! Will definitely have them back for more work! Highly recommend thanks guys.

  Complete bathroom and new internal doors

  Arrived when Shane said he would to give us quotes for bathroom/ shower room/ wet room, and replacement of floor joists and floorboards. We decided to go with the shower room and Shane, Steve and Jake come on the following Monday to start gutting the bathroom. The work was carried quickly and to a great standard. After work had started I asked about a new bathroom door and was given a quote for it which we accepted. Nearing completion I asked for another 3 doors and Shane was accommodating even though it was extra work that had not been planned. I have asked Shane for a quote for pointing.

  Complete bathroom

  Shane arrived when he said he would to give a quote for the bathroom gutting, joists and floorboards replaced, walls plasterboarded, floor and walls tiled, ceiling replaced and fitted with down lights, extractor fan, shower, sink, toilet, and cupboards fitting. Started work on agreed date and kept us informed with photos and videos of the work. Finished earlier than expected due to the hard work put in. After work started I added 4 new doors and Shane gave a good quote which we accepted, and fitted on the day the bathroom was completed. We asked him for a quote for pointing and will use again.

  My go to joiner/builder

  Shane’s been brilliant so much so he has reoccurring work from me, last 4 years he has been my go to builder/joiner and handyman! Honest reliable and genuinely a good guy to have around! Works always been 10/10 and never had an issue!
