Good experience using Switchfix to rewire our house. Completed the job quicker than expected, good price and quick to respond to any questions. Only slight surprise being having to deal with the waste once the job was done.

Sam gave the quotation for the work which was competitive. The work was carried out in line with our timescales to a high standard of workmanship, leaving the work areas clean and tidy. Communications were very good. During the work, Sam identified that our existing earthing should be updated and arranged accordingly for National Grid to prepare the facility ready for connection. This meant rearranging part of work, but this didn't seem any issue to them. The quality of the work was very good and I wouldn't hesitate in using Switch Fix again. Thank you and very pleased.

Sam and his team did a full rewire of my property, changing all the wiring system from 1970s wiring to up to date wiring. They also helped to install my kitchen appliances, an outdoor light and a new smoke alarm too. Sam was really helpful in his suggestions about where I should have new sockets placed, as I had no idea where to start. He was extremely trustworthy and as the property was empty, he carried out the work without my supervision and everything was always left spotless and I was updated each time he did something new. I’m so lucky to have found such a good electrician!

Sam and his team had to investigate and resolve an electrical issue in my parent’s house. As both my parents suffer with Alzheimer’s, Sam had to manage the situation sympathetically but also keep me and my sister in the loop. Sam’s team did an amazing job, in a timely manner whilst keeping disruption to my parents to a minimum. A job well done.
