Second time using and very easy and straightforward with work done quickly and neatly with old light removed, low grade cabling removed and new light installed. Also flagged a non electric issue spotted.

No messing about, got stuck in to the job on arrival and worked quickly and efficiently until the job was completed. Gave a good explanation and demonstration of the system. Ensured the app was working and that I understood how to use it. Avoided jargon and kept it simple. Gave me reference of where to look for further information if I got stuck or forgot. Was polite and respectful throughout. Cleaned up after himself.

'Switched on Electrical' ltd were able to visit and give me a face to face description of the work needed. They swiftly gave me a reasonable quote. All my subsequent enquiries were quickly and efficiently dealt with. On the day, the work was completed as expected but the electrician returned later to see the job through when there was a 'glitch' with the signal for the EV charger. Overall, I am very pleased with their professionalism and customer service.
