    Great service and would use again

    Very impressed with the service from switched on electrical (or direct digital as they are also called). From start to finish it was a professional job. Katherine was superb in getting my work booked in, and the engineer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it with the minimum of fuss (and without me having to be present). The work was actually carried out when we had a foot of snow here and the engineer came in a 4x4 to complete the work! Very transparent with the pricing, felt reasonable for the work done

    Electrical storage heaters repair

    Our experience with this company was fantastic, either phoning them or when they arrived. They could not do enough and would recommend them to everyone who needs an electrician. I would give them a 10plus.

    Really impressed with Switched On and will definitely use them again. Asked for a quote on a couple of jobs and had some questions - Matt put my mind at ease and quoted a fair price. Booked in for the job and when things changed my end they were able to accommodate without fuss, which helped me out a lot. Appreciated the small touches like trying to ensure the cables were hidden and making sure I knew how the parts worked. Fair price, easy to get hold of, good standard of work and personable service.

    Investigate problem with a fused spur and replace burned out unit

    Excellent service. Repairer was not satisfied until the problem had been fully investigated, the problem resolved and equipment comprehensively tested to ensure it would not recur in future.
