Callum came out to us within 24 hours. Arrived when we were told he would. Quick, professional and tidy. Couldn’t ask for more. He was also happy to carry out a little side quest removing an old BT box without any bother.

Unusual to write a review when no work was carried out, but I just wanted to leave a note recommending Switched On for their customer service - Mark took the time to fully understand the situation and recommended over the phone that we didn't need any work done, when it would have been easy for him to charge us an unnecessary callout fee!
