Donald's work was very clean and tidy, he arrived on time both days and gave me some very useful advice for further work I will be seeking to complete in the future. While carrying out the job he also took extra time out of his day to complete some remedial work that was only discovered after getting the floorboards up (after discussing and agreeing it with me first). Great communication and advice. Always on time and well humoured when I constantly added extra requests for additional works. Very professional and thorough.
