We booked a pre-purchase electrical inspection and couldn’t be happier with the service. Rene was extremely thorough, explaining everything clearly and even pointing out issues beyond the electrics that could be worth investigating. The report was detailed, included cost estimates for urgent and non-urgent work, and was sent the same day. He also followed up with a voice note to explain the findings and has continued to check in to answer any questions. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
