  I cannot fault James and Dean for their work, windows are fitted beautifully and the communication throughout on progress/ what they were doing was excellent. Excellent job all round!

  HARD AVOID, EVEN FOR A QUOTATION. I asked for a quote. S**** was sent round. He said he'd been here before and aggressively asked why didn't he get the work. I said perhaps it was because of the price at the time (several years ago). He said, in a tone that made me uncomfortable, that there then was no point in him being there then and that I should go to another supplier. The job this time was likely for £20k-30k of work, not 2x bog standard window replacement like years ago. Very strange man. He completely wasted my time, having waited in for the appointment. Extraordinarily rude company.
