  Charlie and Lee did a great job on my chimney, rerendered stack pointing at top and flaunchings all done . They also replaced 5 broken slates and repointed all the ridge tiles. Really top job. I was that impressed they’ve been back to replace 2 flat bay roofs new OBS board all trims and EPDM. Cleaned up after themselves, very polite and a top job £4000 for everything . You can’t go wrong with Swift roofing

  Reliable roofer

  Great roofer and reliable. Went above and beyond for me. Took extra care and gave me reassurance. Some things went wrong again due to weather and no fault of swift roofing but they still came out again and sorted it. Special thanks to both Charlie and Lee. I passed the details to 3 other friends/family who also got work done and all 3 were happy.

  After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted Swift roofing & building Ltd , who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. They ordered all the materials needed to complete the job, came on time and worked very hard in the rain, work is to very high standard, we are absolutely delighted and can't thank you enough.   We were so impressed with swift roofing & building Ltd’s work. They handled our roofing project efficiently and professionally. The team was respectful of our property and left everything spotless.
