  One Job Led To Another! …….

  What an absolute star Duke is. Invited to quote for a relatively important replacement valve he undertook to also quote for two minor plumbing issues elsewhere quite happily and honestly. All work was completed within two days without any problems or delays. He is a genuine, honest, unassuming, consummate professional that is so desperately hard to find these days.

  Duke was absolutely brilliant would highly recommend him to anyone he carried out the work perfectly and was great on communication and detail arrived on time actually was a little bit early which was even better. Thank you duke much appreciated If I have any issues in the future with anything I would definitely call duke.

  Asked to replace leaking kitchen tap with new

  I have no problems with the work carried out, it was done efficiently and I was kept informed. My only problem was I thought the fee was a touch excessive but may be in line with all other plumber's fees. However, there was no call out charge unless that was in the quoted fee which was for the work to be carried out not per hour.

  Shower replacement for faulty unit in wet room

  We contacted Duke via Checkatrade. He made an appointment for the following week to look at our faulty shower. We were happy to have a new one fitted and a date was made for Duke to install it. He arrived promptly with the new shower unit and removed the faulty unit before installing the new shower which is 100% improvement. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly within an hour and the cost was as quoted. Very happy with the standard of work and would definitely recommend Swift Plumbing and Drainage.
