Excellent. Duke was prompt, explained what needed doing and advised on issues so options could be discussed and resolutions decided. Price for 2 bathroom jobs was reasonable. After first Plumber gave Quote of £2,000 for a new Hot Water Cylinder and then failed to turn up for two days, I cancelled the job and employed Duke, a very reliable sole Trader. Duke stated Hot Water Cylinder was fine and sorted a problem with Overflow Pipes and a Ball Valve. Also, recommended additional work as a precaution which took the total to £320.
