10 Quick and thorough

Picked the name from brochure and could`nt have picked better. The gentleman told me who would be in to see me between 11 and 3 and he turned up at 2. looked at the job and told me what was wrong and he would book an appointment for next week. when he got to his van he found the valve he needed but it wasn`t silver but white and I said that was ok so he came and fitted it there and then. Had a new shower installed by Duke. The shower works perfectly, he was friendly and polite, the workspace was left clean and tidy afterwards and he made sure to inform us to register the new shower for the guarantee.
