The work was assessed and completed on the day but the communication was terrible - I received text messages requesting payments for the work before it went ahead. As I am a landlord I wasn’t present at the property but could not contact the engineer without getting transferred by the company main line. I was not communicated to around timings after confirming the work would take place. My tenants were waiting for hours for the engineer to come back with no real clarity. The automated text system does not work for this service in my opinion

Desmond was very polite and did a fast, tidy job.

Engineer checked the gas stove top to see if it could be repaired, measured up for a new one and checked there were no gas leaks.

Excellent work and very much recommend. Very personable approach and real solution provider - would definitely call back.
