Reliable and effective but not transparent about the cost. I received a quote for the well defined job and agreed on it. Halfway through the job I was asked to pay an additional amount, double of the agreed price. No details of the additional cost were provided. The engineer replaced two sockets and spent around 3h in my house. I ended up paying three times the agreed amount. Felt cheated and will never use this company again.

Desmond did a great job explaining the purpose of his visit, what he intends to do and what next steps were. He tried to explain it clearly to ensure I understood what the faults were and what to expect in terms of repairs and costs.

Our electrician did a great job fixing the faulty wiring on our immersion heater. He explained very clearly what the issues were and how it would be corrected. The work was very neatly carried out.
