The engineer, Desmond, investigated the issue with the electric shower and was able to diagnose and demonstrate where the problems were. He communicated extremely clearly and repaired the relevant issues. I was extremely happy with the work overall.

Have used Swiftflow now for around 5 years and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I always request Des who is a fantastic plumber and very reassuring about my old boiler (we are keeping her going!).

Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable and told me what he was doing Step by step and fixed with the previous electrician did. It is a bit unusual to pay someone just as they step into your front door but they has started the work and is pretty steep but you can trust them to do the job correctly and efficiently.

Dean was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. Tidied up after himself left No mess at all which is fantastic. Also updated me what needed to be done. I would say being charged before work is done is unusual and anything extra is the whole service charge again but the job was done correctly .very happy customer.
