Two men arrived the next day and solved the issue with water constantly running through the toilet. However in doing so created another problem with it. Said they would return 2 days later to sort it out, but didn’t. Also felt the job was overpriced for what it was.

Just to set the record straight: the work was explained, the price was agreed, and you were happy with everything when we left. Nothing was hidden and nothing was forced.
We never agreed to come back in two days. What we said was that we’d drop in to tweak the flush when we were next in the area. That’s the only arrangement that was made.
If you want us to come back and adjust it, just let us know and we’ll sort it.
