I would highly recommend Swift Build Coventry. A brilliant company to deal with, Cameron is excellent at communicating and gets back quickly. Martin and Baldy did a great job removing the wall and patio doors/wall, the prep work to minimise dust by putting up a stud wall, taping up doors and clearing up after them made a massive difference in trying to keep the dust to a minimum (a lot of dust is created). Cameron organised excellent subcontractors too with the plaster, gas and electrical work. Would definitely use them again. Overall, great quality, timeliness and costs. Thank you

I would recommend Swift Build for both jobs large and small. Very accommodating and turns up and does the job to a good standard and on time.

We’ve been burned by a cowboy builder who left us with non-standard walls and spending c40k - we stopped the work. After careful checks, we chose Swift Builders and they continued the project. They provided a contract, programme, pay schedule & insurances - docs essential for a successful project. Cameron gave updates and delivered on time. They managed to sort out the previous builder’s mess. There’s lots of uncertainties when you’re trying to have an extension done. But you can trust Swift Builders to deliver the work on time and without draining your bank acct. Thank you Cameron & team!

Cameron has a good manner and a skilled, respectful team. They made every effort to keep things clean and tidy. The build is excellent and looks great. There were some challenges during the internal works that led to delays in completing the job but Cameron worked with us diligently to address any issues and sort them out. He has a network of excellent tradespeople who work to a very high standard. We are hoping to recruit Swift Build again for the next stage of works at our property.

Cameron oversaw a complex extension and refurbishment of our detached period property. It was a large project with many trades involved. Swift were responsive, polite and decent people who I trusted. All projects of this size have there unforeseen challenges but it felt like we navigated them together as a team! Highly recommended - thanks Cameron.

Swift Build completed a single storey extension for us over a period of 3/4 months. We would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any other work . Really well organised , things happened on time and nothing was too much trouble . We kept on budget , Cam (project management) kept us well informed and work was completed on time. Regular updates and great communication . All tradesmen were professional and great to have around , great guys . We would not hesitate to use again. Areas were left safe and tidy at the end of each day . Thanks Cameron and lads
