  Planning for a major extension in a conservation area and AoNB

  We are in the process of a significant extension of a 3 bedroom chalet bungalow type property in a n Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area. I was impressed by Simon's understanding of what we were planning to achieve and our initial discussions were positive however my wife and I were not optimistic about getting an extension approved in a conservation area. Simon and his team did a fantastic job and achieved approval for the plans which will significantly improve the look and the value of our home. We're very pleased to recommend SWG to others!

  Design advice for Mid Century bungalow

  Simon discussed and advised us on redesign of the main living areas of our recently purchased bungalow. His knowledge and experience of similar properties was invaluable and his professional and straightforward approach were refreshing. Following his input and advice, I was able to finalise the works with the builder with far more confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to those looking for an Architect for their own projects.

  Dream family home designed and planning permission successfully received.

  After securing a plot to build our dream home on, we settled on Simon from SWG Designs Ltd to take on this project for us. From the inital phone call, to meeting him to discuss our vision for our home, to the back and forth on the design to get it just right, and then getting the design approved through planning - Simon was the most confident, responsive, easy to talk to, proactive and genuine person to work with! No problem was too big to overcome and Simon was refreshingly optimistic throughtout the entire process! We are so glad we trusted Simon with our future dream home.
