  Shower repair

  The job was done no problem & I paid in full straight away that day by bank transfer. No complaints re the work carried out but have since been contacted twice now by this company to chase me up for payment which ive already paid! First time was just over a month after I had paid in full and they apologised and I thought that was end of it but got an email today chasing me up for payment only this time a higher amount! This has definitely put me off using this company again which is a shame as the work was completed fine!

  Hi Fiona apologies on this. I’m glad you were happy with the works carried out. Apologies on the email for for payment. It’s automated on the system we use for invoicing. There was a glitch on the system and never realised that these were being sent out can only apologise on this. It has been rectified at our end.

  Needed a dining room pendent light replaced. The price was good and they were able to get to the job quickly. Turned up in time, really professional when here and quick. Price was fair, wouldn’t hesitate to use again
