right from the start, there was clear communication. The work man even let me know he could come early if that was ok. he let me know what he was doing . he was friendly and I would highly recommend this company .

Raj responded very promptly to my urgent request on Checkatrade. He asked me to take a few photos of both the loft and the airing cupboard so that he could quote me his price for carrying out the work. We agreed the price and he arranged to do the work on Monday morning (it was currently Saturday evening). He was true to his word, and was able to complete the work in both a professional and friendly manner and explained everything that he had done, once the job was complete. He was here for a little over an hour; so good to have water back after 2 days without!

We had discovered a leak in the cold water supply pipe, situated at the eaves edge of our loft space. I shut off an ancient stop valve in our airing cupboard and that successfully stopped the original leak; but unfortunately, it seemed that the shock of being moved, caused it to develop a small leak of it’s own. Raj of Sweethome Plumbing responded to my Checkatrade Urgent Job request and we were able to agree the price, by text, very quickly. Raj was professional, friendly and kept me informed of all that he was doing; and it was an excellent job that he did too. Very happy recommend this guy

Removed old redundant thermostat and installed a new hive smart thermostat.

Great communication and service and was able to assist at short notice around a busy schedule. Will definitely use again!
