Very quick response and flexible on times

Richard contacted me on Jan15 and arranged a visit for today 16 Jan. He had new LED light with him and it was installed and job done well within the hour. Very efficient and friendly service. Would certainly contact him again.

Richard from SWC Electrical and Plumbing did an amazing job for me in changing electric sockets at my home. He was completely professional and timely, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything required in simple language, worked quickly, and finished the job to an exceptionally high standard. He cleaned up the area where he had been working, so I didn't have to do anything about that, and it was quite clear that he is very proud of the work that he does. He fitted the new sockets nicely and ran each one through a series of tests, so we were able to feel confident.

Richard provided an extremely quick response and was super professional, he spent a lot of time with me in my flat explaining various options on how to fix my electrical system in a cost-friendly manner. I will not hesitate to use again

Very quick response from Richard and excellent communication around the requirements for the job, the timings and the cost. He also came out over Christmas which was very appreciated. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.
