  Excellent service provided. Arrived on time and did a highly professional job. Would fully recommend and even provided advisory notes on my boiler which no other previous engineer had made me aware of that could become serious issues in the future. If you want to avoid dodgy engineers then would go with swansea gas and oil

  My suspicion was first aroused when he hadn't even opened the front of the boiler and started complaining about how old and obsolete it was. He then proceeded to complain about superficial rust like it was dangerous. when he actually looked at the broken part he phoned someone where the conclusion was 'you cannot get this part anymore you need to spend 2k on a new boiler'. during this conversation I looked up online plenty of places to buy the part, the next day I got someone else in, they were able to get the part no problem.
