Matt did a thorough job on our large Victorian house. He renovated most windows - some had been in a bad state- which now looks like view. He also repainted. Matt is not a person to cut corners; everything is done properly. He kept the house as tidy as possible and was a pleasure to have around . I would recommend him highly recommend him highly

Matt has done a fantastic job in replacing half of our sash windows and redecorating the existing box frames. He's a pleasure to have around, has good communication skills and is extremely tidy. Matt at Swan did an excellent job of repairing my sash window. It now opens and closes very easily. He was very professional in all my dealings with him and left the room in a very clean state.
