I found Alan and his son to be very good workmen who obviously took pride in doing a good job. When the work was completed they cleaned up throughly and replaced furniture. This is the 2nd time we have used Swan Bathrooms. Alan & Joe previously did a full refit of our en-suite. We are so pleased with the bathroom, their standard or work is brilliant, they helped with the design offering advice & suggestions, they were really hard working, courteous & tidy. We couldn't have been happier with Alan and Joe's work and are so pleased that we chose Swan Bathrooms to install our new shower room. Communication with Alan was great from the outset about all the specific requirements we had, and the quality of his and Joe's work and their attention to detail has resulted in a room that is even better than we had hoped for. All the while they were both extremely respectful, polite and friendly throughout the installation, and left the house so clean and tidy it was almost as if they hadn't been there. I am so impressed with Alan and Joe’s work. They were polite and professional in their work, and also ensured they didn’t disrupt family schedules.
