The work he did was incomplete; he destroyed basic functions like a working bathroom and electricity and left us without facilities. We had to source these elsewhere which did not prove easy due to the state he left the house in, We paid him for services and work which was not delivered. He left rubble in dangerous places such as in ducting for tumble dryer; he was an extremely poor communicator and left the house and us in physical danger. He was vindictive and rude in tone and style but kept taking money.

Sorin is experienced in renovation project management. He also provided professional advice on every stage of the project. Sorin and his team were very reliable throughout the progress of the renovation and ensured timely completion, good work.

Sorin and the team were great - they were efficient, high quality, and great value. Sorin helped us to figure out the plan for the different rooms as we went along which was very helpful. Our work included a new bathroom, toilet and making a bedroom bigger (with decorating). As we went along the process, we decided there were more things that we’d like to be done, like additional painting, electrics and doors. Sorin happily added these to the scope and at a reasonable price. He was also very transparent in terms of payments with an itemised spreadsheet and clear payment milestones.

Sorin and his team were simply amazing. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the renovation the best it could possibly be was above and beyond anything I’d come across before. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team were friendly, conscientious and meticulous, and left things as clean and tidy as possible. Sorin kept in effective communication constantly about the project. Start date, timings and costings were all in accordance with expectations and caveats set at the start. Thank you guys!

Got 4 fence panels completely replaced, they were quick and did a perfect job, Cleaned up after the works on both our side and the neighbours. They had to cut a tree stump in half to install the fencing, which they did with no complaints. Can't recommend SVV enough.

We hired Sorin to complete a full reno including a new roof, repointing, new plumbing/electrics new bathroom/cloakroom and plastering/painting throughout. We have been back in the property about 3 weeks and are thoroughly impressed by the work completed. The finish is of an excellent standard. Sorin kept us up to date with daily photos/videos on WhatsApp which was very helpful. Sorin and his team have an excellent work ethic and the project was completed on time despite a few unexpected challenges due to the age of the property. We look forward to many happy years in our family home - thank you!
