  Complete renovation

  We've used SVH before hence no hesitation in going to Steve again. The guys are very professional, and sympathetic to all our needs. Steve handled the job from taking walls out, fitting our new kitchen, general building to arranging other trades who were also incredible. Harry who is SVH electrical did all the electrics which involved a total rewire. I would recommend him aswell as of all the trades that were used. Many to all you guys for a fantastic job

  Kitchen Fit

  Steve was amazing through the fit of my Howdens kitchen. As someone who has never done a big remodel like this he was informative throughout even had people to help me with tiles and flooring. He communicated with throughout the whole process. Even when we had some issues with appliances. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  We had a slimline dishwasher put in but they had to make the space.

  Really good service, the work was carried out with some extra things needing to be sorted. Steve was very helpful with all of my questions and he also tidied up after himself. He did a very good job and we will definitely be calling him again if we need any other work done.

  From start to finish they were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Always available to answer any questions and when I had a left over worktop he told me to contact wren and get a refund which I did...£335 back into my account so thank you Steve I'm really happy with my kitchen and would recommend him to anyone having their kitchen done...thanks for a fab job

  Friendly, reliable, good workmanship

  I have used SVH a couple of times now from a wall removal and RSJ fitting, previous kitchen fitting and I have used them again for another kitchen fitting that they have just finished (almost if Wren can send the right stuff) that’s because SVH have my complete trust They are friendly, reliable and always happy to help. They are good with coming up with solutions and added some additional cupboards off plan to my utility room using some of the doors from the old Kitchen. I can’t fault them and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again!

  DECKING 10/10

  SVH Building have completely transformed my outdoor space! They built my new decking and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first consultation to the final finish, the team were professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. The workmanship is outstanding – solid, perfectly finished, and exactly what I had in mind. They really paid attention to the details and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. I would 100% recommend SVH Building to anyone needing decking or carpentry work done.
