Good communication, listening to job description, job completed to a good standar

Alan answered my call for help with a nearly 9 year old leaking felt roof on my Mancave. He came over and gave the roof an inspection and offered me all the options of dealing with it, with the measurements taken he went away to write up an estimate for the work, which arrived 2 days later. We agreed on the work to be carried out and three days later the work was completed. There was some additional work required, which was explained fully before this was carried out, but overall I am very happy with the results.

I called Alan after noticing some water ingress in my ceiling after a recent heavy spell of wind and rain. Alan visited promptly, highlighted the probably cause and made arrangements to carry out the repair. From the quote to the repair the service was excellent. Great communication, no hidden surprises. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend
