From the very first quote through to the finished job, the team were friendly, respectful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They worked incredibly hard, even in the extreme heat, and the quality of their workmanship never slipped. They were reliable, turned up when they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy each day. All the works look amazing and have completely transformed the house. Full roof replacement in Four Oaks area. Had seen signage on my road so gave them a call to look at a leak in our loft conversion. Quick to respond to the call out despite being an extremely busy time of year (November). Identified the problem and offered a few solutions but ultimately lead to a full roof replacement (which was definitely needed based on photos/videos provided!) Scaffolding went up quick and work started promptly. Only issue was delay in finding a replacement kit for the velux window which eventually led to a full window replacement.

Due to a leak in our roof we had a quote to repair the lead flashing but once the scaffolding was up and a detailed inspection made, it was clear that we needed additional repairs. The work was then completed quickly and efficiently. We're very pleased with the outcome, thanks lads.

Peter gave me a great quote, followed the Job all the way through and insured that any of my queries or concerns were addressed and dealt with. Well initially the job was to repair a leak around the chimney after a storm, but when the tiles were removed they uncovered rotten timber and felt, and showed me how bad it was, so I asked them to complete the whole roof front and back whilst the scaffolding was up and giving me a quote that I thought reasonable and in my budget
