  Totally Professional and Friendly Service and Installation.

  From the initial telephone contact to book a service of our existing 12 year old heat pump installation through the subsequent energy survey, technical design, installation walk through, the installation of a replacement Heat Pump and finally commissioning and handover. The Sustain team were exemplary in their behaviour and performance at all stages of the project.

  Highly professional work

  I cannot praise too highly the professionalism of Sustain from start to finish of our heating project. Ours is a 1840 townhouse, five storeys, listed grade 2*, in a conservation area. Sustain commissioned an independent heating survey and built up the specifications for the project in order to meet our requirements for heating. There was an unfortunate 5-month delay while we obtained planning consent from the city council, and then we agreed with Sustain on a start date in the spring. Sustain completed the whole work as promised in eight working days; we are very pleased with the result.

  Sustain arrived on time and worked hard to install my heat pump

  Arrived on time and worked hard to install my heat pump. All of the plumbing is very neat and it all works as expected. They also managed to include my existing Solar Thermal panels. They replaced everything except the panels and I now have a warranty that covers the whole system. The lads could not have been more helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them

  Repairs to faulty Heat Pump

  I contacted this company through Check a Trade at the beginning of August, and was contacted by a friendly women who assured me that an engineer would be in contact in due course. after several weeks and several phone calls I was not contacted by an engineer, and given a host of excuses as to why! I give up and eventually contacted another company by phone who diagnosed and fixed the problem. The Former company contacted me by email at the end of October informing me an Engineer was available.
