10 Installation of heat pump and solar panels

Job location: SN8Sustain installed an air source heat pump and solar panels with battery. They were very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently, explaining the process as they went along. Communication was good from start to finish; they answered all my queries, explaining so I could understand. They sorted out some plumbing problems left by the previous owners of the house and left everything safe and tidy at the end. We are very pleased with the installation.- Ssean h

From the initial telephone contact to book a service of our existing 12 year old heat pump installation through the subsequent energy survey, technical design, installation walk through, the installation of a replacement Heat Pump and finally commissioning and handover.
