  Sustain arrived on time and worked hard to install my heat pump

  Arrived on time and worked hard to install my heat pump. All of the plumbing is very neat and it all works as expected. They also managed to include my existing Solar Thermal panels. They replaced everything except the panels and I now have a warranty that covers the whole system. The lads could not have been more helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them

  Repairs to faulty Heat Pump

  I contacted this company through Check a Trade at the beginning of August, and was contacted by a friendly women who assured me that an engineer would be in contact in due course. after several weeks and several phone calls I was not contacted by an engineer, and given a host of excuses as to why! I give up and eventually contacted another company by phone who diagnosed and fixed the problem. The Former company contacted me by email at the end of October informing me an Engineer was available.

  Install 3 air source heat pumps

  Sustain did a great job. They dealt with the complexities of my stone-built 400 year old house on 4 floors with ease and great communication-and all at no extra cost. The results are perfect. The new pumps are working really well. The gas boiler went. The house is much warmer and my heating bills reduced by half

  Good reliable company, apart from a brief delay owing to an emergency with another client the work was carried out in a reasonable time with limited upheaval. Everything was explained clearly along the way and we are happy with the results so far.

  Excellent company. Heat pumps, solar PV and solar thermal all installed professionally and competently. Very pleased that the heat loss survey was done prior to heat pump installation to ensure that the system will meet our heating needs.
