They repaired loose paving slabs on the patio and repointed slabs already ground out. After reading the reviews I expected a thorough and professional job but I was sadly disappointed. They missed 52 loose slabs that they then came back to fix with a diy slurry primer of cement and pva which is completely unsuitable. The resin grout was applied with heavy rain forecast against manufacturers guidelines. Some of the slabs were relaid at varying heights as none of the cement bedding was removed.They needed guidance on how to grout the patio overhangs.He did apologise for the poor standard of work

Recently had some roofing repairs done by Nathan and his team. Including re-bed ridge line, some tiles replaced and all gutters cleaned. All I can say is very high quality work carried out in a safe, profesional and speedy manner. I would highly reccommend Sussex & Surrey Property Maintenance and will most definitely be using them for future repairs

Nathan and his team completed what turned out to be a difficult replacement of a fence and very overgrown hedge with a new fence with concrete posts and gravel boards with much skill and plenty of determination. They dealt with the problems with good humour and completed the job on time and left my (and my neighbours) garden clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Opted for a polished concrete finish in our outdoor area and it's sleek, durable, and easy to maintain. Great option for modern homes.
