I have previously used Charlie to install my house alarm system in 2022. I had no hesitation in asking him to deactivate and take down the full system when I moved house. Charlie’s work, knowledge and expertise is second to none. Truly faultless service from start to finish with the re-install at my new home and some Ring products. Sussex secuirty installed an intruder alarm and cctv for me in my business. Charlie was excellent from start to finish. He explained my options and gave me a demo of the equipment he planned to install unlike the other quotations I got. Competitively priced and he was very neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased house came with a Banham alarm that was obsolete and yet Banham wanted a small fortune to maintain it. Charlie advised, quoted and then installed a new wireless system that will cost a fraction of the cost to maintain and did so going the extra mile. This is a guy who knows his stuff and takes huge pride in his work and fostering relationships with customers. Totally recommended.
