Kevin was excellent in every respect in resolving the issues we had with rat activity in our garden. In the first instance he used humane methods to remove the rats and only used a small degree of poison at the very end of the process. All in all Kevin came 5 times to ensure the job was complete and took no money upfront. In fact he finished the job a few days ago and I’m still to receive the invoice. He is very knowledgeable in his subject and kept us very well informed at every stage of the process.
