They arrived to my property to clean two ovens and when their technician damaged one in the ovens it was in perfect working order prior to the cleaning
The company would not compromise what so ever re damage very disappointed at all of his responses
Ovens were fairly clean and price on invoice did not reflect the invoice either this is my experience of the company but feel that others need to be aware the above
The technician that arrived informed me his previous clean was running late as he was able to take off the oven door for the cleaning but was not able to put it back on !!!!!

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed. You did acknowledge that your ovens are now “nice and clean.” Regarding the grill element, the issue with one oven was pre-existing, and we cannot take responsibility for faults present before our visit.
Our team has done their utmost to assist, though some requests were beyond what could reasonably be expected. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, thorough cleaning, and the service provided met the standards agreed.
Additionally, our arrival time was 3:05 pm, within the agreed 2:30–3:30 pm window.
